Marco Belinelli: 'I want to play for a contender'

Marco Belinelli will be free agent for the first time in his NBA Career. The Italian guard would love to return to the Hornets but also to play for a contender.

"This is my first time as free agent but I am not worried at all. I know that there are teams who are interested in me. The Hornets as well want to bring me back and I feel like a god with them. I would love to stay. But I want to win as well. When the time to decide will arrive, I am going to choose an organization whose goal is to win the title. New Orleans has a new owner and important plans. But it is too early to talk about NBA title. Europe? Absolutely I won't return. NBA is my home. After the NBA draft the situation will be more clear. I hope to know my future before Mid-July" said Belinelli to Tuttosport.
