James White planning to return to the NBA

Marco Damiani (agenzia Court-Side): 'Su J. White forti richiami dalla Spagna. Gibson? A Brindisi saranno i primi ad essere interpellati su una ipotesi di estensione'

Marco Damiani from basketball agency Court-Side told Sportando that the priority of James White is to return to the NBA. 'The Flight' spent the last two years in Italy with Sassari (Top Scorer in Serie A) and Pesaro.
"He wants to play in the NBA. He has been the best SF in Italy over the last two seasons. If he won't get any offer in the NBA, he has market in Spain with interest from Russia and Turkey" said Damiani who also talked about Jonathan Gibson. The player arrived in Italy to Brindisi from Trabzonspor where he was the Top Scorer in the best Turkish League, TBL. Gibson was the key for Brindisi to be promoted in Serie A. "As I know, he will play in the NBA Summer League in Vegas in the summer. For sure he will play in Serie A, then we'll see if there are chances in Euroleague. Brindisi will know as first the interest from other clubs and we'll see if there are chances to extend" added Damani.
