Cimberio Varese interested in Jeff Adrien, player stays in the NBA

Cimberio Varese is looking for a big man to replace Estonian Janar Talts. The Italian club tried to reach out Jeff Adrien, who has started the season in Italy with Benetton Treviso during the NBA lockout, but the big man turned down the proposal.
Adrien wants to stay in the NBA even if now he is free agent after being waived by the Houston Rockets.
"We like Adrien but he is too expensive for us and, right now, he is not interested in playing again in Europe. We have some alternatives but if won't be able to find the perfect player, we will not make any change" said the president of Varese, Cecco Vescovi.
The alternatives are Othello Hunter, who has finished his experience in China, Josh Powell and Jackson Vroman, as reported by La Prealpina.
