Claudio Sabatini, at Futurshow Station Radio, said that he reached an economic agreement with Kobe Bryant but there are still some details to finalize.
"First news is that we have reached an economic agreement with Kobe Bryant" said Sabatini, as reported by Bolognabasket.it. "Second is that I don't have that amount of money" added joking the owner of the Italian team.
Sabatini also said that there are some details to finalize as the image rights for the player.
"I don't need to see Kobe. He flew to New York to discuss about NBA lockout. In US he will start the procedure to get the visa. Kobe has to be back to Italy between Thursday and Wednesday with his visa. So he can have the medical tests and we can send the contract to Legabasket. Deal is done at 95%" ended Sabatini.
Just as remind, months ago Claudio Sabatini said that he found an agreement with Porcedda to buy Bologna Calcio but the deal never happened.
UPDATE: Few minutes ago Adrian Wojnarowski from Yahoo!Sports, denied via Twitter that the two parts are close to agreeing.
