Claudio Sabatini: 'We have little chances to sign Manu Ginobili'

After the statements of Manu Ginobili in Argentina who admitted an offer from Virtus Bologna adding that he will give a final answer in October, Claudio Sabatini, owner of the Italian team, said that there are little possibilities to bring the Argentinean star back to Bologna during the NBA lockout.

"There are two considerations to make about Ginobili: first is that dreaming his return to Bologna is not a sin. Second, I don't want to create false expectations among the fans so I can say that there are little chances to sign Manu Ginobili. But, until there is even one possibility to get him, I have to try. We are waiting to know from Ginobili when he is available and for how long. It is not just about his salary, there is also the insurance. But I want to thank him for the considerations he gave and is giving to Virtus Bologna".
