Besiktas agreed to terms with Carlos Arroyo

Besiktas agreed to terms with Carlos Arroyo. The Puerto Rican PG was free agent and is expected to join his new team from December 27th. Milangaz, the sponsor of Besiktas, approved his contract and gave the ok to finalize the deal.
