Artem Zabelin inks with Lokomotiv Kuban

Artem Zabelin, one day after he left CSKA Moscow, signed a two-year deal with Lokomotiv Kuban. The player averaged 3.8ppg in VTB League and 4.5ppg in PBL last season.
