Bayern Munich close to Robin Benzing

Bayern Munich, who was promoted in Bundesliga, is ready to fight for an important position in the Bundesliga 2011-12. The team from Bavaria announced the rookie Ben Hansbrough and is close to landing Robin Benzing. The young German star parted ways with Ratiopharm Ulm few days ago and is finalizing the agreement with Bayern. Uli Hoeness, president of the club, said that Bayern will sign two important players in the summer, confirming that the budget is €7M. The president also denied the report that Bayern would make a try to sign Dirk Nowitzki in case of NBA lockout: "the news was not serious" said Hoeness.
