Aubenas signs former Duke and NBA player Cherokee Parks

Cherokee Parks signed a contract with French Team Aubenas who will play in fourth division next season (Group A of Nationale 2). The big man won the NCAA title with Duke in 1992 and has played 472 games in NBA averaging 4.4ppg and 3.6rpg.

Parks, born in October 1972, was selected with the 15th overall in the 1996 NBA draft by Dallas Mavericks. He retired in 2004 but in the last weeks he returned to the gym to be again in shape for his new adventure in France.
