Former San Antonio Spurs signed with Euroleague champs
Marcus Haislip, released by San Antonio Spurs, is officially a new player of Panathinaikos. The Presidente of the Euroleague champs announced the signing at the end of the first half of the game between PAO and Kolossos Rhodes.
Those are the words said by Thanassis Giannakopoulos at the microphone in the OAKA Arena: "My loved friend, I want to tell you that the NBA player Marcus Haislip is our new player".
Haislip will land in Athens on Monday and may debut against Partizan Belgrade in the first game of Euroleague Top 16.
